Awesome article. Very informative. What are some names of the diferent investment companies that you mention?

I am a Real Estate Broker in Salt Lake City Utah and it is a buyers market and just went into a buyers market about 4 months ago.  The economy is still very good and I think compared across the country the market is still good.  I have an Investment opportunity in Salt Lake city for some professional offfice condos to be built.  I have listed 5 and soon 6 homes to be leveled and build condos.
